Experience Deep Relaxation and Renewed Energy
All therapies start with a consultation. On your initial visit this will take about 15 minutes and cover any allergies or issues and any preferences that you may have. We will explain your chosen therapy and what will happen. Subsequent visits will have a shorter consult where we will identify any changes since your last visit.
After getting you comfortable and ready your therapy will start.
You can decide how the time in your treatment goes. You can decide to relax in the quiet, with no disturbances, you can choose to listen to music of your choice, or you can have conversation with your therapist. It’s your choice. You can of course, play it by ear, and even fall asleep if you are really relaxed!
After your therapy you will be offered a drink and 10 minutes in which to ready yourself to leave for the rest of your day, should you want it.
